The assessment aspect of the Grace Group is the first stage of determining if we are right for your organization. During this phase, we dig deeply into donor activity, giving history and future funding potential. This is a critical aspect when hiring a development consulting firm, as the purpose of the Grace Group is to help you succeed in your fundraising activities.

Upon completion of the assessment phase, the development aspect is the time where we set goals and objectives for the development department and establish the plan to accomplish these goals. We begin to work on donor lists, foundation mailings, corporate partnerships, and possible event planning to assist with donor acquisition. We begin to explore donor prospects and any community awareness, while helping with branding and marketing your organization.
